KPro 4.008 serial number
 

I received a conformation email on 3/12/03 for the upgrade to KPro 4.008, but have not receive email providing KPro 4.008 serial number. Will I have to pay for upgrade if serial number is received after 3/15/03?

We are backed up on emailing out the serial numbers by about 400, you will get it as soon as we get caught up on mailing all the serial numbers out.

There is no charge for this, since you have already placed your order by the 15th, but you will get the serial number as soon as we can get it them all out.
