problem upgrading software with link
 

Hi, I am having problems upgrading Microstudio with the link I was sent. I have only used it 3 times. The first one to download the product and the other 2 to try to upgrade the product. Both times I've tried to upgrade the product it just redownloaded the same version. Can you please send me the download for the upgrade and tell me why the link I was sent just redownloads the version I bought and not the upgrades. Please help. Email me for more information if necessary.

You may be getting the upgrade. The download link may say version 2.315, but in reality be 2.400. To check this, open Microstudio, click on HELP, then ABOUT MICROSTUDIO. It will tell you which version you have.

It still says version 2.315. Any other suggestions to get this to work would be appreciated.

Are you uninstalling 2.315 and restarting the pc before installing 2.400 ?
