Altair,
When the program disappears it means that you didn't enter the Email and Serial number correctly. Please make sure that the Email is entered exactly as we had it printed on your original email, when you purchased the software. This is located just above the Serial number. It is case sensitive.

The serial number is all capital letters and the 0's are the number ZERO and not the Letter o.

Can you explain more on why you say your not happy with the Suite you purchased? Why is this? What are you looking for it to do for you?

Your problems...

We have insured that it is clear in our Forums that Microstudio will not backup a MediaCloq protected discs. We are sorry that SC has used this, and I expect they are sorry also. :r

As to making backup copies, we have tens of thousands of users worldwide successfully making their backups and are very happy. Where CDClone may not backup a disc because it is scratched, Microstudio allows you to import the individual tracks that are good (sometimes even multiple tries will get a scratched file to import) and write them back out when added into a project in the Custom Assembly Tab. If all you wanted to do was just make backup copies of your discs, Microstudio was all you needed.

As to Karaoke Home Producer, first you should get the free upgrade to Karaoke Pro 4.008 before we remove the free offer.

As to the words being scrambled, you are probably trying to use a file format that is not ASCI .txt. There are many formats in the world, and we cannot support all of them. After you download a lyric file from the Internet, first open it into Notepad or Wordpad and export it as an ASCI .txt file. It will then import into KHPro or KPro without problems.
