Old laptop (ancient) will not let me uninstall Hoster
 

Tried to iinstall Hoster on new laptop but because i have already a version. Old laptop refuses to allow me to uninstall Hoster from it so i cannot install a new one on my new laptop?

Is the old laptop still able to run Hoster or is the reason you can\'t uninstall because the computer is dead?

If Hoster is still on the old computer and it runs, how are you trying to uninstall it?

From control panel/programs you should see Hoster listed, selecting it. Should bring up the options upgrade or Remove. Seleting Remove should uninstall it.

Are your not seeing Hoster in the Control Panel / programs list or can you explain how your trying to uninstall.

Im old and not computer literate. On unstall a programme I hilight Hoster press uninstall and nothing happens. Tried many times BTW it just wont uninstall.

Another way to uninstall is if you still have the original Hoster 5.50.06.exe file that you originally installed with, you can start that and it should give you the same option upgrade or Remove. Choose the remove option.

control panel, programmes, hilight Hoster press uninstall and nought happens. Long past the frustaing stata.

Are they still in your Recycle Bin? if so restore them.

If you have competely lost them then you wont be able to load it on your new computer.
