Help Reaching A Real Person
 

Hi,
I have been trying to contact MTU customer sales and support since last week. I have left 4 or 5 voice messages. Will they return a call?
I have had MTU Software Bundles for years. The last version is on a laptop running Windows 7. I have a new computer and wanted to discuss my options for upgrading etc.
I also am having trouble logging on to the main login page, but I can log onto and change my information in the forum section.
It has been a long time, but I thought I remembered a much better customer service. Is it my memory or has MTU changed that much?
