Help Window Here

In the log in page of this forum, appears at the bottom half, a message saying if we want to chat with an expert online to resolve our issue.
Is that an ad from a different site or is the way that MTU now help to its customers?
I submitted a ticket about a week ago and still they don\'t reply to me.
And I am desperate to solve the problem I have.
But I am not sure if it is scam because they require to pay up front $5..

I answered your other post.
I have never seen anything on the log in page asking for payment so it is likely a scam.
