Very upset
I ordered a cdg burner a couple of weeks ago and I get no communication as to when I can expect delivery, what carrier to expect delivery from, no update on progress. This is unsatisfactory, even at Christmas time.

I think mtu has gone out of business and fled the US!
They got my money, but I get no communication at all as to status of order. They have definitely gone downhill. |

Ordered 12/5 it\\\'s now 12/27 and no reply, no communication, no product. Great business model. |
