Effective Way To Contact Mtu

Does anybody knows how to contact MTU and talk to someone?
Some 6 days ago I purchased the latest version Hoster quad because it seemed attractive with the 30% discount due to halloween.
MTU didn\'t applied the discount so I want cancel the order, but nobody answers the phone, no return calls nor reply to my email.
It is very frustrating.
In the store says that when added the product to the cart it was going to show the discount but it didn\'t.
So click on confirm purchase thinking that MTU might apply the discount in the very end, but it did\'t.
My account was charged for $160 and I would like my refund first, to go with a lower cost option/
It used to be very easy to talk to customer service, not anymore.
I submitted a ticket and 6 days later it still showing that is being processed, that\'s it.

Thank you

I NEED HELP ALSO.. been trying to contact mtu for over a week, everyday.. I have called everyday, I submitted a ticket also, no answer... I am very frustrated.. my problem is not listed on none of the topics exactly so I\'m not helped.. I\'m trying to install hoster with all my settings, song files and singers lists to a 2nd computer on a 2 computer license.. so everything is the same on both computers for a backup... I\'m sure this is a simple proceedure.. but where is the help I need.. Last night I even paid for mtu tech help for an hour.. they accepted my money but I have not heard from them... please, does anyone know how to reach anyone at mtu that can help?

mtu is in the business of taking the money and running.
This is totally unacceptable. I truly believe they have shut down and took off with our money.

If they wanted to be contacted, we would be able to contact them. Since there is no communication whatsoever. The proof is in the pudding.
