Clean Install & No Audio From Hoster
 

Hi Everyone.

I apologize for the question I\\\'m asking. I have tried finding it in the forums but I can\\\'t seem to find the solution. I\\\'m pretty sure others have had this problem.

* I have installed Hoster into a new laptop.
- Dell G5 / Win 11
- Hoster version: 6.01.07

* When using Windows Media Player, music does play through the laptop speakers & Headphone socket.

* But when I use Hoster, NO sound from either Speakers or headphones.

Laptop Drivers: Realtek(R) Audio
In Hoster, it\\\'s the same; Realtek(R) Audio

I\\\'ve attached screenshots of the drivers in both Hoster & Laptop

Only thing I can think of, is the volume on Hoster main screen turned down so you can\'t hear it?

I attach screen shot.

Another thing to check left click on the speaker icon on task bar, does the selected sound card match the one selected in Hoster?
Also right clicking on the speaker icon gives you the option to troubleshoot sound problems.

Aww maaaaan!! I\'ve been using Hoster for over 30yrs! I can\'t believe I didn\'t think to look at Hoster\'s [COLOR=\"Red\"]\"Volume!\"[/color] DOH!! :r

Maybe others might learn from this \'simple\' mistake! lol
