I am using a Relisys ATAPI DVD-ROM 16X drive which Microstudio say NO to for Karioke. Is there anything that I can try to get this to work ?

Sorry,
There is nothing you can do to make the actual hardware work. You will need a Plextor brand drive for it to work for CD+G. |
