It's Thursday, and I have been trying to get information since Monday. Are you closed from Tuesday to Friday? I've been waiting for a LONG time to download Microstudio 2.400. If you're Closed, you could of at least posted that information. This really doesn't help your, "Please help our Microstudio ratings" plea!

It is the holiday season and I'm sure that the admin staff at MTU have family and children they'd like to spend time with so before you wail on them for not answering your plea for help (when it's prolly your hardware issue and not the software), read some related threads and give it one more go on your own.

I'm sure they'll come through with flying colors and give you all the free help you can handle, just as they've done for me for over 3 years and the countless other loyal MTU users on this board.


Now...what did you say you were having trouble with? Be specific and please, give us some specs about your system as IT may be the problem.
