Microstudio 2.315 not regognizing USB Plexwriter 40/12/40U
 

Running under Windows/XP Home Microstudio 2.315 is not recognizing my installed USB Plexwriter 40/12/40U drive. When I enter the "detect drives" button, only my CDROM drive is displayed. When I display DVD/CD-ROM drives I see my regular CDROM drive and the PLEXTOR CD-R PX-W4012A USB Device. Also the USB Mass Storage Device shows up as active and working normally. Any feedback for correcting my problem is welcome. Thanks. Mike.

Here is the location of the ASPI drivers that are needed for the USB drive to be supported under Micrsotudio.

You will need your Microstudio Email and serial number to install this program.


Then go into Microstudio, click on the Drives menu at the top. Click on ASPI drivers. Make sure this is set to USE the MTU Installed Driver. Then close Microstudio and Reopen it. This will then fix your problem.
