Installation Package could not be opened

Can not install Micro Studio 2315. It says the installation package could not be opened. I am running XP - upgraded from 98SE. I have tried to install using the compatability mode in 98 and 95 but to no luck - same error message. Any ideas would be welcomed.

Can you email me at support@mtu.com the exact error message. Also sometimes under XP I have found that if you change to a new user name it will allow you to install. Give that a try and let me know what happens.
