MTU Hoster Support Tickets
 
Not sure what is up with the support tickets, but I have tried 4 times over the last few days to send Two in. I never received a ticket number in an email. I also tried to do a live chat but it went to email and said an email has been sent, but no email and yes I always check my spam.

One is about the Sale pricing:

The other is about getting a reset on my code 6e36 , the 2 computers I had used for that code are no longer being used, I went to upgrade the code for the new computers and it will not let me even though I have paid for the 540.03 upgrade.

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried re installing but still says I have it used on maximum number of computers.

I never got the answer on the ticket

The ticket has been deleted I am assuming the $246.99 was a typo on MTUs part although in the cart it kept coming up as on CDROM, even though it was not ordered that way.
My charge was $279.49 for the "Video Hoster (4 computer) for ONLY $246.99!"

Ok, so I have the Hoster Quad and Have it on 4 computers, 2 with Windows XP and 2 with Windows 7 that I upgraded to Windows 10. When I went to upgrade Hoster to the newest version one of the Windows 10 upgrade fine and then the second one would not upgrade because it claimed I had already installed it on the maximum number of computers. I then tried the 2 Windows XP and they worked fine when upgrading. I am assuming that when I went from Win 7 to Win 10 it registered as different Computers and so that is why it thinks I have installed to many times. In any case I filled out a emergency Ticket about 6 days ago and have not heard anything or have not been able to upgrade.
Can MTU Support please help me out.
