help cant install
 
Bought new computer cant install hoster says I am registered on 2 computers I followed instructions and uninstalled from backup computer

When you say you followed instructions, were you on line when you uninstalled Hoster? If not, MTU wouldn't pick up your uninstall and clear your license for a new install. You will probably have to put in a support ticket and get them to clear it for you.

I was connected online when installed and it sends notice to MTU and then won't install.

You have to be online when you uninstall also. If you aren't online when you uninstall, MTU doesn't know you removed it from your old computer.

I was online because I went to mtu site to download hoster to get to the uninstall part.

Well it's hard to tell what went wrong but as I stated and Roy also stated at this point you need to submit a support ticket for MTU to clear it up. I'm sorry you have had this problem. Wish I could do more but it now has to be cleared from MTU's site.

No one is answering the phone and I have opened a ticket and tried the change which is supposed to be online at 9am est but not.

They can't handle all the calls, that is why they have the support tickets. Did you receive a receipt when you turned in your ticket? If not, did you follow the instructions about putting MTU on your email acceptable email receipt list. I believe normally they will respond to your support ticket within 48 hours during the normal work week.
