Unregister Hoster 3.316 to allow 5.20 install
A few weeks ago I purchased an upgrade to my ancient version of Hoster (full version). The old version (3.316) does not have the built-in feature to unregister and move the installation to a new computer. I submitted a Help Ticket on 4/29/14 and received acknowledgement the ticket was received.
It's now been over two weeks and I'm yet to get a reply. Should it take this long to get a reply to a help ticket? |

I also filled out a request last week and got no response.
I have hoster 5.10 that was on 2 computers, oldest one quit and now won't start. I bought a new computer and want to upgrade to the new version for the new computer. Computer that still works is Ruby. Thank you, Gary Bourgeois |

Probably closed for weekend now but he answered your post soon after you posted it. Still worth a shot with the email though. |
