MTU Support Ticket
 
Anyone know how long it takes to get MTU to respond to a support ticket? It's not for me it's for Bandstand2000. They have a gig tonight and need to get Hoster reinstalled. He submitted an "emergency" ticket yesterday morning.

Hey,
I just checked and there are no open tickets. Please have them email me at support@mtu.com and I can fix it for them.

Thank you. Hoster seems to have installed correctly but when reinstalling Songverter it fails activation and I receive a newer version available page. When I try to install the new version the activation fails with the over 12 months error.

The main thing was Hoster which I think we've got now, but I would like to get this fixed as well.
