i am try to use my new micro studio but it wont recognize my plexwriter 24/10/40 external usb can anyone help me

What version of Microstudio?
 
Click the Help menu, and the About item to see the version number you are running.

If it is not 2.315, you need to download the upgrade.

Admin,
I have the new Philips DVD+RW, 200. series. But Microstudio does not recognize it. It says it will not write CD&G disc's,

It will read and write CD&G disc's with other programs.
Can you tell me if there is a way to correct this.
