Installation Error Message Loading Current Version on to Win8 machine
 

I purchased a new Windows8 Laptop to replace a failed backup laptop, and prepared it via the instructions at the MTU website. I downloaded the current version of Hoster from the MTU site, and when I try to install, I get as far as the first screen of the installation wizard. The blue bar gets 95% over, and the spinning blue wheel spins for a few minutes, then I get a message that reads " ERROR NUMBER 0x80040702 - DESC: Failed to load DLL:_ismtu - Setup Will Now Terminate.

What do I need to do to get past this issue and continue installation? THANKS!

UPDATE: I gave up on it and shut the laptop down. I restarted the laptop and gave it another try, and it worked, so I do have Hoster installed. I left the question up just in case anyone knows what happened initially.
