Problem with Hoster screen on right side
 

I just downloaded the Hoster update v5.09.02 on both my desktop and laptop. No problem with the desktop. When Hoster is opened on the laptop, the two screens that open to the top left and right, and show Hoster for a few seconds, well the screen on the right (the larger screen) does not appear. I have tried rebooting a couple of times but no screen. I have windows 7 on both of my computers. I would appreciate any help.

I take it you are referring to the singers screen.
There are two things that could be causing this,
1) It could be opening on the extended screen but you haven't got it connected.

2) You have the Tools/Show display Intermision view "Always on" tick box un-ticked.

If the problem is not item 2, try resetting the display from Tools/options reset display button.

One other Item to try is go to the Tools Menu\Options\Reset Displays.

As soon as I hooked up the laptop to the equipment the tv displayed the song.

Hey Guy's this Paul and i all of a sudden had the same problem.
reset the display worked for me.

Roy you are a life saver. My daughter is on a gig and she lost her display.

The reset display worked. Thanks ever so.
