Hoster doesn't pull in all the songs
 

Tried to pull in kma files from an external hard drive. Hoster did not pull them all in. Tried it twice. Only pull in up to the same point. There is plenty of room on the hard drive as we are pulling in 98 gB and the hard drive has 210 GB free space. Has anyone had this problem? We are pulling from a newer version of Hoster to the older version which is a year older.

Can you state each of the Hoster version #.
Do you mean you are trying to import existing kma files that were created on version 5.07 into an older version of Hoster 5.02 or earlier ?

If so that could be the problem as newer version creates more columns of data that is stored in the kma headers than the earlier versions can read.

Do you get any error messages when you try this ?

It was actually User error. We forgot to rebuild the database after we pulled in the songs. So, it was only listing and playing the songs that had already been there before.

Glad to hear you sorted it, I'll have to try and remember your cure.
