Need HELP from Management
 
I was just refused a download!!! The message said I had 2 in 45 days. I didn't know there was a limit, especially if a person was having problems. I reformatted my desktop and still had problems after downloading all of my software, so I bought a new computer and had to download software again....That was my two downloads. Then Hoster on my laptop started giving me a fit, so I did a full restore on it to get rid of all of my software and then just have Hoster, Microstudio and Keyrite on it. I can wait, however many days I need to, to get Microstudio and Keyrite, because I have them on my desktop, but I have to have Hoster on my laptop. I'm having an annual party in two weeks. I've been with you a LOT of years and I need your help now. If you need to, you can check Hoster Help and see I have had a lot of problems

I had already put in a support ticket. Here is their answer: Next time you do this, make sure that you remove it while you are
online, before restoring the computer, if not it will lose that install.
I have now been blocked from clearing the installs as there were 2 in

Ernie,
This blocks me from clearing it for you, when there have been two installs within 45 days. I was able to clear it this time, so it would let you install the software. As I noted, the next time you have to do that, make sure you uninstall the software while online, to not run into this issue.

I was able to download Hoster and keyrite, but was unable to download Microstudio. I didn't know anything about being online before deleting any of the MTU products. I had never done that before, when I've reformatted or bought a new computer. My main concern right now was to get Hoster because of an annual party. I do apologize for any problems that I've caused. There are two things I would like you to do for me, if you don't mind. Let me know when I can download Microstudio, and the other is, let me know where, in MTU.com I can find the procedures for downloading Hoster, Microstudio and keyrite when I'm going to reformat or buy a new computer. Bryan, I REALLY appreciate everything you've done to help me today.
