Graphics won't Work

Just installed a demo Hoster on a windows7, Dell Laptop XPS, 64 bit.
Made all the requested changes listed on the MTU to get Hoster to work correctly. However, the music plays fine, but I never get any graphics. Can you help?

What video card does it have?
Are you seeing a black screen where the graphics are supposed to be?
How much memory (ram) is in this computer?

I"m not sure what video card it has but it is a new laptop. It has 4 GB RAM and yes, we are getting a black screen where the graphics should be.
It is my Friend's new laptop that I was helping her with because she wants to buy Hoster.

If you have an nvidea graphics card try this:Lyrics are Black or do not sweep - NVIDIA Only
http://www.mtu.com/faq/kb-hoster.htm
The above FAQ was written before the very latest drivers were available.

Before you Rollback the above driver note the existing ones details and date then if the above doesn't help go to the Nvidea site and check the latest driver for your system and if a later date than the one already installed try that. This is a link to Nvidea drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
