No music or graphics
 
Yesterday I went on line and updated windows 7 and Lenovo did some updates as well. ?????quite extensive, with bios and the graphics were updated as well. My computer is only 6 months old . I launched the Hoster today and the program will come up and the hoster splash screen shows and the moving banner works. When I go to play a karaoke piece it give me a white screen that is blank ,one time it was medium blue or nothing shows. the marquee screen doesnt change. When I wait for the Karaoke to start then it loks up. Non responding.Everytime I try to play a song it will wont lanch the music,it only shows a white screen in the play wiev you get on my secong monitor. Nothing show playing,no music no nothing on the laptop screen. The data bas still work and will recall the music.I am wondering if the grphics update may have changed the setting that is needed to play hoster?

Did those hardware updates come from the Microsoft website? If so I would as far as the graphics card, back out that driver by restoring back to the previous driver. We don't recommend using any hardware update from Microsoft site as they have been known to cause problems from usually outdated or incorrect driver identification.

What is the model number of your computer and what video card does it have?
