Ahh....
For 2 days now ive been trying to upgrade to Hoster from Hoster Lite....Ive called twice for a promotional code....as of this point I have had no response......so my computer sits and I wait....anyone know whats going on.......or am I missing something here.........LOL :g Times must be good at MTU |

Have you tried the support ticket ?
If so you should get an automated responce back with a ticket #, if you have not received an auto responce, check your junk email in case it is being directed to there and make sure you enter your email address correct. |

Now........that's the kind of customer service i brag to all my karaoke host friends about. Even in the face of a hurricane,you guys are still giving great customer service? Unheard of. No doubt about it, you guys are the best. I'm copying this thread, and keeping it with me at my shows. I often get asked about karaoke hosting software. And of course i push the best products made mtu. Hats off to you Dave Lynne, and your crew. Great work, great products. Stay safe down there.George
