If It's to do with how you install your new upgrade, you can find your original registration # and the email registration info by going to your account and copy and paste that info into your upgrade page.

To add to this. The chat is only available when personnel are available to man the chat.

Re: how to do a live chat

Is the Live Chat not available on their web site? I need to get some questions answered before I download the "Upgrade". When original purchase was made (Hoster Plus Karoake Suite Plus) which included several other programs as Vogone, Songriter etc... will I recieve all of them back with the download? Or do I have to purchase each separatly after the intitial download? If I also purchase a cd, will that give me the option to be able to put Hoster on another computer if something happens to the one I will be using. It just seems very difficult to get through to MTU. Possibly, someone can assist? Thank you..

You would have to purchase each upgrade separately. There are no upgrade packages for the Karaoke Suite as a whole. Since the programs do not upgrade at the same time this would be impossible for MTU to do one.
Since the programs are all installed separately then yes you can put the programs on separate computers.
Purchasing the CD yes would give you that capability as long as you have not used all of your licenses. So would saving the file when you download rather than Installing from the download. If you click on Save rather than Run and save a copy, then use that copy to install, then you could also copy that install file to another computer, a flash drive, or burn it to a CD so you would have it.
One thing you do need to do along with getting the upgrade is to submit a Support Email Ticket (from Support page on website) to get your old crashed computer removed from your licenses, so you will still have two install licenses for Hoster. This way if something does happen to the new computer you can still install it on another one. ALso some of the other programs will only install on one computer, so if you do decide to buy the upgrades for them, then you will be clear for installing on your new computer.
Hope this answers your questions. If you have any more questions please post them here. If we can't answer them I will find out for you from MTU or will get you to submit a ticket to them for help.

When someone is manning the live chat, visiting any page on our web site will automatically display the "green chat box" in the upper left. You can close it if you don't want it popping up, or type in your question.

MTUSUPPORT answers the Web email form support tickets and emergency tickets first, then phone calls, then goes on chat. It's been unusually busy so chat has suffered. :s
