New computer- How Much $ ON RE-DOWNLOAD OF HOSTER
 

My computer became damaged again w/the Vchip. I purchased a new laptop today. I need to redownload Hoster but I purchased it in 2006. I still had many downloads avail but they have expired. What is the cost to redownload hoster? I have backed up my files and they would only need to be transferred. I only want the version I already have in my computer. How do I find that out without the visual of my screen? Can anyone help?

That old a version would not work on your new laptop. Your new laptop is running Windows 7 and those older versions are not designed for, compatible with, and will not run on it. You will need to buy an upgrade.
If you had Hoster full version on the old computer and it was the only computer it was installed on then you should be able to install the upgrade on the new one without a problem. If it was installed on two computers or if you had Hoster Lite you will need to send in a Support email ticket to get your registration code reset.
Before you install Hoster be sure to go through and do the required changes to Windows 7. The instructions are at this link:

Thank you. But still ?'s: With the new purchase of the computer I will have no previous versions of Hoster installed. So if I buy the upgrade, would it even work without the original Hoster installed would the upgrade even work?

Yes it will. MTU no longer depends on previous version being installed.
