Setting Up Hoster Lite With Vista...

I can't find the set-up guide for Vista. I know it's out there somewhere, but it's not obvious...

I downloaded Hoster Lite for a friend tonight on her computer with Vista and can't figure out how to disable the UAC...

Can someone lead me to these instructions please?
