lack of support with hoster can any one help
 
my apologizes in advance if this is in the wrong spot or considered inappropriate.
I have been away from mtu for a long while now. I had had major health issues and lay comatose for over 6 months and a very long recovery time.
But now that I am able to get up and around a little I wanted to start doing a show now and then. but the computers i had hoster installed on 1 the drive had crashed and my backup was not working for some reason, I got both computers back up and running but was unable to install hoster back on either computer as i got the message that it was already installed on another computer well the 2 it is /was installed upon are no longer installed upon them ant way on 6-4 2011 I filed a trouble ticket for an unlock of my key waited a few days and got no responce so i added more info to the ticked a few days later still no responce and i gad gotten an opertunity to book a show so i updated my support ticket again as of today 6-13-2011 still no responce for my trouble ticket. so i had to cancel the show and wait why is it taking so long to do a simple unlock?
my info:
  1. Computer Type - (Laptop)
  2. Operating System- (Vista)
  3. Processor speed-(dualcore 2.0 Hz)
  4. Ram in computer-(4Gigs)
  5. Hoster Version-4.06
  6. A detailed description of the problem. i can not install the software as it is locked out.
If any 1 can help thank you. the show i had booked would have allowed me to upgrade to the new version of hoster, but my health has kept me with out income for almost 2 years now.
sorry for the long message but I dont know what else to do.

I am sorry you lost that show and that you have health problems.
When you open a ticket with MTU you should get an Auto -response email back within a couple hours. If you did not get this response then either you did not complete the ticket correctly or you have email from MTU.com blocked. Check your spam messages to see if it is there.
Did you include your registration number so they could find it to clear it?
Being such a short term it might have been better to use the emergency ticket.

i did recive and auto responce on 4th of june but nothing since like i am lost some where why would they need my reg code it is all under my name and email, i am still able to look up all my reg codes in my account.

Because the reg code will tell them exactly what needs to be cleared and makes things go faster. I will call Admin in the morning and see what has happened.
I take it from what you have said that you have a copy of the 4.06 installation file. Tell me what ticket number you have so I can direct support to it.

Your ticket at MTU.com has been received and assigned ID: 30216-5304061835 and i will post the reg coed in the support ticket but they could have let me know that they needed the reg code.
