Go to Support from the main Mtu.com and fill out a support ticket to get your registration reset.
This can't be done from the forum.

If you entered your email address correct you should receive an auto response with a ticket #, they do not work weekends and will respond to them in the order they receive them from Monday.

You should still be able to use your existing version if you were trying to upgrade it over your existing version or had you removed it first?

The only other way that I can think of that may allow you to get going is to Restore your computer to an earlier date that you had it working.

The moral here is don't do upgrades the same day as a show.

Another note on this is the Remove and install should not be used when you are upgrading. Use the Upgrade instead as when you buy an upgrade version then the install program is looking for the previous version.
Did you put in a normal ticket or an emergency ticket? They will respond faster for an emergency ticket.
You can still do a Restore and get 5.00 back to use for your show. Even though it may crash a few times at least you don't have to cancel a show which can be bad for your relation with the venue owner.

One other thought, If you still have an earlier version installation file you may be able to install that just to get you going.
You can find the registration # and email used for the earlier versions from your account page.

You are the second user to EVER hit 100 installs with a single Registration Code. That is why it was disabled. Our web script does this automatically as part of our protection for all users.

I reset it so you can now install 5.01. You will be happier with it than 5.00.
