Singer display

It Takes hoster 14 seconds to open singer display. This is the computer sitting on my desk, no songs playing, and only 2 singers in the list. How will it proform with 100 singers and 1000's of songs during a show. Any Knowledge???

How many singers or songs in the playlist will not make any difference in display opening time. What will make a difference is speed of the drive where the songs are stored, how fragmented the drive(s) are, and any additional programs or processes running.

How many songs do you have in the Singers database for the individual it opens to first? If you have a high number of songs then it will take it a bit to open and can cause the display to freeze or stutter. Most of us with slower systems usually leave that window as well as the Search open and slid down to the bottom of screen out of the way until we need them.
This can also be caused by the items I listed above.

One other thing to make sure is that you have done the required changes for running Hoster later versions. Link is here:
