upgrading hoster

I need to upgrade my hOSTER, but I'm leary. Will the upgrades mess with my databases? I really don't want to reload my singers and song databases. I'm thinking the last time I updated, I was ok, but now that I'm doing this as a business, I can't afford the down time.

The upgrade will not affect your databases. You may need to carry out some of the recommended windows updates, (you can read these at http://www.mtu.com/upgrades/hoster/xp-changes.htm ) one that may be important for the latest Hoster to run is Windows media player 11.
Providing you do these checks, this has been a very stable version.
Having said that I wouldn't install it if you have a gig the next day just in case you have a problem, but if you do you can still go back to your original version providing you have the original installation file.
