Grid Lines missing on playlists - not there until songs are added to Playlist

With the playlist open, there are no horizonital or vertical lines across the the screen separating the singers and titles.

Re: lLines missing on playlists

They are faint lines, perhaps you need to adjust your contrast settings.
If you have an nvidea graphics card you can try this:
Right Click on blank area of desktop, select properties then the settings tab then advanced then Geforce tab, from a window that pops out select colour correction. Then in the box that says "Apply colour changes to" from the drop down arrow select "Desktop" then try adjusting the contrast and other brightness & gamma. You can do this with the playlist showing so you can tell if you are making any improvements.
If yours isn't Nvidea graphics then you will have to try and sort it yourself unless someone else can tell you.:)

If playlist is empty you will not see any lines.
