Re: Error Message
Does this happen as soon as you start the rebuild process or does it seem to start processing ?
One thing, I don't think Windows 7 was available when 3.16 was released so may not be compatible.:f |
Re: Error Message
One other point, have your .kma files been used in a later version of Hoster 4.xxx, as the header information would have more fields than were in 3.16.

Re: Error Message
Thanks Guys for your input. I think you may have solved the problem.
Dale, Hoster is working well with Windows 7, but still got the 'error message' when rebuilding. Roy, The "error message' would come up after the processing started. Maybe at 382 or 26, so it was random. But' I think you hit on where the problem originated. The .kma files had been used on Hoster 4.32 and then moved to earlier Hosters versions. That's where the problem began. When I tried to rebuild on Hoster 3.316, I received the error message. When I did the same thing on Hoster 4.20 it worked fine. Since I have all the original .KMA's backed up on an external 1.5TB Seagate, I will work from the original .kma files up to newer versions of Hoster, not down. If I run into any problems that way, I'll let you know. Thanks again Dale and Roy. You are the greatest. Chuckster |
Re: Error Message
I get that message on occasion when I rip on my Vista machine to bring to my XP machine. When I get the error on the disc, I delete from the machine I added to rerip & add and it seems to take care of the problem.
