Submit a Support Email Ticket from the MTU web site. There have been a few who are having this problem and they are working on it.

Re: Upgrade to 432.11 fails with error code

I believe I know what happened but now need my registration code unlocked. When installing hoster after all the windows updates and downloading the hoster upgrade my built in wifi card quit working.

When you try to connect to mtu to verify the reg code that is when i got the error code. Installed a temporary fix to connect to mtu, error code is now gone but now it says hoster is installed on more than 2 computers.

I now need my reg code unlocked. I resubmitted a ticket but got the exact same response as I got from my original ticket posted last week.

If referring to the auto-response message you will always get that one.
MTU does not work on the weekend and depending on how many tickets it can tak e a few days for them to get to yours.
