If you have a copy of the Set-up program file then you should be able to re-install. If not then I am afraid you will have to buy an upgrade to version 4, because none of the version 3s are available anymore.

What version were you using?
Are you getting an error message when you try to install?

my post was deleted--sorry, i didn't know i couldn't help a fellow hoster user.

I was not providing registration/activation keys, only the program he has already purchased.

I have learned my lesson. My apologies to everyone.
