Running Hoster 3.312 Trying To Put Zip Files In Hoster Moved To Hard Drive Does Not Pick Them Up When I Build Song Data Base. Some Are Single Songs And Some Are Hole Cd Ziped. What Am I Doing Wrong. Thanks Need To Do In Hurry By Friday. (help)

You need to import those disc files first. Please read up on how to import zip files, it should tell you clearly. I do this all the time too.

Definately check the manual, because not all versions allowed zip files. The version you are using is so far back I don't remember whether it will import zip files or not. They never have been added by just rebuilding the database.

Your 3.312 version DOES support ZIP file importing. You can see a bug fix at http://www.mtu.com/support/hoster-versions-1.htm#V3312 item #10.

If you haven't ever imported ZIP files with 3.312, as Dale wrote, you need to read your manual on Import Hard Drive Files, and look for the discussion on ZIP format files.

Hoster always has expected one zip file to contain one file pair;.mp3 (or .wma) audio file and one .cdg lyrics file. If you have multiple pairs in one zip, you will need to unzip them yourself before importing them. But, first read the manual on Import Hard Drive Files (NOT CD Tracks) to make sure 3.312 can do this.
