Insta-Buttons 4.31

I remember someone asking something about this a while back but I don't remember seeing an answer. The latest version of Hoster is supposed to allow more than one roll of insta-buttons. Here is what the manual states:

"You can create up to 99 Instabuttons, some enabled (Use check boxes selected) or disabled. They appear on one line above the Playlist window, which can be resized to show more Instabuttons."

Does anyone know what this means and how to do it? The last line about resizing to show more instabuttons is what I am asking.

This may help to make my question clearer. This was listed as a change in 4.31. I haven't been able to resize the screen as stated below. What am I missing? :?

"CHANGED 99 Instabuttons - You can now have up to 99 Instabuttons, but only one line shows them on your Playlist screen. However, the screen can be resized (moe the bottom and right edges) to show more Instabuttons at the same time."

Resize the Hoster main page the same way you would for any window in Windows. Either click the box next to the X in the upper right corner or grab the right side of the window and drag it all the way out.
You will not be able to see 99 Instabuttons but you can see more than what you could before.
MTU is going to make it where you can have two rows of Instabuttons, but will not be in the next release which will be a fix for the Search Preview Play.

Ok, I thought there was a way to resize the screen so that a second row of intatbuttons would appear. I already have the screen expanded to the full capability of my screen.

Thanks,

Walt

99 instabuttons are great but why have them if you can't display them? Two rows won't handle 99 buttons.

It is not limited to 2 rows. It keeps wrapping. I just created 3 rows in Hoster 5.00 Beta 9. :w

In that case I won't discard my 99 sound bytes. What is your best guess as to when v5 will be released?

Re: Insta-Buttons 4.31

We've been on 5.00 since October... near full time. We have a large number of changes, new features, upgrades, bug fixes we want to put in 5.00 (which is why we are incrementing the 4.xx to 5.xx).

We are currently working on Beta release 10, hoped to go to our testers this week. Microsoft threw us another curve ball and changed the way Windows works. All versions of Windows are now less tolerant of long filenames, many levels of folders deep, and the number of files in a folder. :? :m

Now, that's totally random to try and figure out what the heck is wrong with one customer crashing and others are running perfectly no the same 4.32.xx version? Well, that's what we are now focusing in on. Our code is, as we say, in a "broken" state. Until we fix these crashes, we can't move forward or release 5.00 early.

When? :? Sign up for our Tweets (click our Twitter icon in the header of any MTU.com web page) and you'll be informed sooner. :w
