Re: Video Files
There are multiple formats for MP4. So the some that won't play may be a format that you do not have the codec for.
If you didn't have at least some of the codecs installed then none of the formats would play. In otherwords Hoster depends on istalled codecs for any video or audio file to play. Windows Media Player has some installed but not all. Do a search for K-Lite codecs package. It is free and has most of the codecs included. |
Re: Video Files
On audio files, is there anything in the works to allow you to choose more than 1 item at a time. It gets to be frustrating flipping back and forth between programs to play songs other than karaoke. thanks

You do know you can import your audio files into Hoster and not have to add them via the Audio button on the main screen? Then in search you can select multiple files to add to the playlist. Is this what you are asking? |

With the latest version you use BA (Background Audio Folder) to store a list of songs for playing selectively or automatically between karaoke songs. If you import some mp3 files into Hoster they then become searchable in Hoster via the audio only tab and you can select multiple songs to load into the playlist. If you are loading songs from the audio button into the playlist then you can only load one at a time. |
