HELP...your assistance please
 
:?:)I sent MTU a request for help Sunday evening. I have to Re-install Hoster on my computer. Windows got re-installed and wiped everything out. I told them I had a show this Friday. It's a simple request. Mt songs are saved on an external hard drive. I just need to reload Hoster. Today is Wednesday. I am starting to get a little nervous. I have a day job also, I have Friday day off. I know I can reload as late as Friday day, BUT, I have a show THAT night/weekend. Can the powers at be, please, assist. Thank you, Daryl.

If you don't already have Hoster on a "2nd" computer, you can still Install it on the computer you just had fixed. If not, and you were not able to do an "un-install" first, then your registration will need to be re-set. There is a NEW "live-chat" on MTU's homepage.

Did you send the Emergency request or just the normal Support Form request?
Also please remember that MTU does not work on weekends and if you sent a normal request then it could take a few days.
