Problem with editing songs using the Select Multiple button

If you accidently double click while editing under select multiple Hoster plays a file and can only be stopped by a forced closing of the software using Task Manager. Could this be fixed? I am Using Windows 7 64 bit and run the latest version of Hoster.

Cheers

Are you sure you were in "Select Multiple"?
I ask because the player in the edit screen is not even on the screen when you are in that setting.
I cannot duplicate this at all. We'll see if any of the others with Windows 7 can.

I haven't been able to duplicate it on my Windows 7.

I would send a Support Ticket on that to see if they can duplicate it and see what can be done if they can.

Re: Problem with editing songs using the Select Multiple button

Now I can't reproduce the same result! I had a few other programs open including Sonic Stage, Sam DJ Party Pro and Windows Explorer as I was editing files at the same time. I am thinking that I may have dragged and dropped a file accidentally. I do have a problem with the touch pad on the computer remaining active when I am using a plug in mouse. Is there an option for deactivating it?

Cheers

Re: Problem with editing songs using the Select Multiple button

On my windows 7 there is a button next to my pad to lock it so it doesn't function. But if you select mouse from the control panel then select Device settings tab, then your touch pad, a disable tab shows to select.

I can't remember if it is the same on XP or Vista.

Roy.

Thanks Roy

For anyone else with this problem, at least in windows 7, under mouse properties go to the Device Settings tab where there is a tick box labelled 'Disable internal pointing deviice when external USB pointing device is attached'. Easy peasy. Gold star for Roy.
