Background audio stops playing

Can anyone help me figure out why after several singers have sung the background audio stops playing. The only way I can get it to play again is by restarting Hoster. Please reply Alan

My best guess would be that it has run out of memory space. Background Audio really takes up a lot more processor time and memory than many laptops can handle.
Which version of Hoster are you using?

Can you tell me about How many songs you have had sung? Also how many songs are in your Background Audio Player List? Are you using Automatic or Manual for your Shows?

Do you have the Visualization turned on in the Tools Menu\Show Display, if so disable the Visualizations as they can really cause some issues on certain systems.

Thanks for both of your answers. I am running vers 4.21. I also checked and the visualizations is disabled. Normally approx 6 songs. There are only 4 songs in my background. I believe they start over when they are done playing. Is this correct? Thanks Alan
