moved hoster from old computer to new computer

i had a computer that was dying and uninstalled hoster from it. I am trying to reinstall on a newer computer. hoster said it was already on 2 computers. It is on a back up computer but only one 1 not 2. I can provide serial number. hope this is correct forum for this. thanks mr macjr vern@macomb.com

You need to turn in a Support Email Ticket for this from the main MTU web page.
What version of Hoster are you trying to move and what operating system is on the new computer?

Re: moved hoster from old computer to new computer

Only if it was 4.09 or higher.
If it was were you on line at the time you uninstalled?
If both conditions are true, then try again to see if it removed it. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for the server to clear it. If not then you will have to wait for your ticket.
