Display on MY machine moved.....

I spent the afternoon loading some purchased CDGs into my machine -- sitting in my living room, nothing but PC shuttle, keyboard, and monitor. Of course with no singer monitor, when I turned the computer on I had to double click the display so it wasn't taking up the whole screen. Worked great while I was uploading. Started computer up last night and the display didn't go to the second computer until I dragged mine over it - unfortunately when I did that, my monitor was sitting OVER the stop/delete buttons...Ran the whole show without deleting the previously sung songs but also couldn't stop a disc, etc. I thought by restarting hoster the songs that had already played (35 or so) would go away...nope, they were still sitting there when I started Hoster up again.

Anyway, my question is this: How can I make sure my shot of the singer's screen is sitting out of the way? Somehow I accidentally moved it to the right side of my screen which was okay - got used to that, but last night it ended up sitting over some pretty important buttons.

Is there an easy way to move my display of the singer's screen so it is out of the way -- and NOT sitting over those buttons? (:s)

try going to tools, option and click on re-set display, that might work

just make sure that everytime you open Hoster, make sure that the singers screen is turned on..this is what i do and i'm not sure if everyone is doing it, but at the end of my show i always drag my singers display back into my laptop.

Mine has always just stayed static - I just make sure second screen is turned on before I start Hoster - then it populates the second display correctly. Problem arose when I didn't have a second screen hooked up - and I miscued when I moved the singer display. My own fault...just hoping there was an easy way to move the display.

If you are still having problems go to Tools Tab/ Options and press the reset displays Button. It will reset both displays to how they are when you first get Hoster then set them to how you normally have them.

Roy.
