" EQ PLugins For Hoster"

Hi All & MTU Team

I am being asked by a professional DJ team a question that i cannot answer & they want to work on getting my sound to the Optimum:)

Just wondered if anyone can tell me, does Hoster allow us to add "EQ Plugins"?...this is so we can fix the sound before it gets to the desk!:g

Kind Regards
Mike

Technically, yes. You can interrupt the audio stream with an EQ program. The downside is you may have a sync issue with the lyrics. If you do, you can try to adjust the playback offset in Hoster to compensate.

I am curious though. Why wouldn't you use a regular external EQ? They are not that expensive and don't steal CPU cycles

Soundcards usually comes with this kind of software.
Why re-invent wheel?
