hi I got my new comp. and i did the emergency thing and received a ticket showing it was sent but never receieved an ok to redownload hoster on my new comp. plus i bought the new version and cant load it on the comp. becuase of that reason! Please i need to get this figure out asap!
Look I understand that is labor day, but I just paid online for my upgrade and sure enough the system took my money OK. But now when i need something done, how come noone is helping. I called your phone, noone answers. I sent the web form noone answers. I tried everything....Was my money bad or something?
Can you answer me ASAP or just give me a call.....you have my number....

And by tha way if my money didn't work, let me know I can send you some more...just please fix this problem first!

It is Labor Day and MTU is closed for the day. Even an emergency ticket will not help you on the weekend or holidays.
I am unsure exactly what your problem is, but if you could explain a bit more detailed as to what you are trying to do then I may be able to help you.
If you bought the upgrade and this is a new computer you do have to install the version 3.XX first before trying to install the 4.09 upgrade.
If your problem is installing the version 3 (such as an error saying you have it installed on two computers already) then you will have to wait until they come back to work tomorrow and get to your ticket.
If it is installing the version 4 upgrade (after the version 3 install) then use the new registration code in your store account for that purchase to install.
If you bought the full version then again use the registration code in your store account for this purchase to install it.

oh i c... I forgot that I have to download the old hoster first before putting the new one on the new comp.:s Sometimes I get confused. Old age catching up to me!:)
