email address change

I am going to be moving from Montana back to Spokane, Washington. I will not be having the same internet provider. Need to know how to correctly go about changing email address so that I won't have problems with MTU forums or MTU store.

After you find out your new email address, go to your Store Account and log in. In that area is a personal information area. Change your email there. Any instalations or updates after that will have to be done with the new email address. Then login in to the Forums and go to the User CP (top of page) in Forums and change your email address in that for the Forums.

get yourself a yahoo address its free and you will never have to change it. there are other providers with free email as well.

Thanks Beavis for the reply. I do have a yahoo account, just didn't want to err in the process.

Re: email address change

I changed my email address on my store account but the old email address is still in the registration for all my software. Will that change to the new email address or stay with the old.

Thanks, Stu

Re: email address change

Use the new email address on the update when you install it.
