hoster will not down load karaoke

I had my computer up graded to a320 G Hard Drive and know it won't recoginze the down load in the file it use to down load in., Also in my home computer the mother board got hit and had to have it replaced. They did not pick up my Microstudio or Hoster so i tried to re load and it will not let me load because they say i have already got it on two computers.

As far as the drive goes we need a bit more detail in order to figure this out. What exactly are you trying to do? What error message are you getting? Is this Vista or XP?
For your re-install you will need to submit a Support Ticket to MTU to get your registration reset for both programs. Be sure to include your email address that you used to register with, the computer name if you remember it and the last 4 of the registration code would help too.
The reason it won't re-install is by changing the motherboard that changes the computer enough that MTU doesn't recognize it.

I's still having the same problem and just know have had a slow down for the business. The problem is this, I' am trying to down a karaomke cd in two my files. The problem is it will not recognize the drive nor the folder.
This is what I do as I have always have. I find the cd brand for the cd then I locate the disc id, click add tracks. Once it finds the proper cd I click on select all, assign it the next number in order, then select import.
Once i do that an error box pops up by hoster and says this. The Import Drive and Folder dosen't exist. Pleas define a new 'save to folder'.
I would appreciate it if some body sould help me with my problem. What caused the problem to start was I had a 350 G hard drive installed and shortly after that I had been down loading some cd's when the computer locked up and revusied to let me down load since then. My files use to go to songs 1 folder but as I said it will not recognize the folder any more. Also it removed some of my pryor preloaded cd's

The problem is when you installed the 350GB hard driive this changed the letters of the drives. So first you need to go to Windows Explorer and determine two things. What is the new drive letter of your CD drive? And what drive is the folder (Songs 1) that you save to on?
Then go to the Tools - CD/DVD Drives tool and set the desired drive as the default.
Then open Import Songs/Import CD Tracks. At the bottom of the screen is the "Save To" button click on it and find the folder, highlight it and click ok.
