Mpeg Video Playback from Video Folder Solved....finally
I Couldn't run video's from the video folder using a Nvidia Gforce card...just instabuttons....I installed Nero 9 ultra just so I could burn cd' Dvd's....what ever codecs it put it seem to make Hoster run faster...video & audio work perfectly, and have had no crashes or Problems since.....Now I can use my instabuttons for sound effect as I originally planned...So Happy...I Guess it Was Just a Little Luck:)
