Fix For Seeing The Select CD/DVD Window Everytime 4.08 Is Opened
 

Reinstall 4.08 and check the box that will clear your registry entries. Once this is done, uninstall 4.08 and install 3.321a which you can get from the MTU web site. Open 3.321a and set you CD/DVD drive. Once this is done, upgrade to 4.08. The drive will still show as bad in the Select CD/DVD window but you won't see this everytime you open 4.08. Remember to always hit Cancel when you exit the Select CD/DVD window for if you hit Save 4.08 will see the drive as bad. :w

This fix seemed to work of me once but does not work now. I'm not sure what I did. :s There is another fix but it involves editing the registry. If you are comfortable editing your registry, send me a Private Message and we will get you going.
